Lightspeed Automation provides a ticketing system for all support related issues. We ask that all questions be directed to a ticket to ensure Lightspeed technician response time.
The Support ticket system can also be reached directly at the following Lightspeed Support

To enter a support ticket complete the following:
  1. Select 'Open a New Ticket'
  2. Enter all pertinent information
    • Company Name / Your Name
    • Email Address
    • Best Contact Number
    • Subject
    • Message
  3. Select 'Create Ticket' to alert all Lightspeed staff of the support issue
