Lightspeed Automation provides a ticketing system for all support related issues. We ask that all questions be directed to a ticket to ensure Lightspeed technician response time.
The Support ticket system can also be reached directly at the following Lightspeed Support
- To enter a support ticket complete the following:
- Select 'Open a New Ticket'
- Enter all pertinent information
- Company Name / Your Name
- Email Address
- Best Contact Number
- Select 'Create Ticket' to alert all Lightspeed staff of the support issue
