Refreshing the Lists

•When you make a change in your provider, you must refresh the data in LightSpeed.
•To do this, open the LS Administrator page and log in
•Under LightSpeed Processes”, select “Refresh Provider Lists”
•Best practice is to refresh all of the lists by selecting “Refresh All Lists”
•You can refresh only what you have changed, if that is preferred


Making a Route Active

•If you add a route in your provider, you have to make it active in LightSpeed.
•To do this, open the administrator page and log in
•Under LightSpeed Settings, select edit routes
•Find the route you want to make active
•On the right side of the page, select “edit” next to that route
•Check the box under active
•Select “Update”


Mapping Lights Using the Admin Page

•Open the LS Administrator page and log in
•Under LightSpeed Settings, select “Map Products to Mobile”
•Choose your zone and select “Continue”
•Choose your desired rack
•Find the location you want to place the product in
•If there is not a location, you can select “New Location” to make one
•Select the existing product or the empty number
•A drop down box will appear
•Use the drop down box to select the product you want to map
•You can type in the top space to search for your product
•Once you have found the product select “Save” to the right


Mapping Zones Using the Tablet

•Turn on your tablet
•Tap on LSMobile and log in
•Tap on the zone name at the top and scroll to the one you want
•Tap outside of the box
•Tap on Edit rack
•Select your rack at the top of the screen
•Select your section
•From the list of locations, select the one you want to put the product in
•If you do not see your desired location, make a new one by clicking new location
•When you click the location, a box appears with a list of products
•Select your desire product
•Tap on save


Mapping a Light

•Open the LS Administrator page and log in
•Under LightSpeed Settings, select “Map Products to Lights”
•Find the light you wish to modify
•On the right side of the screen, select “Edit”
•A drop down box will appear
•Use that box to navigate through a list of available products
•Select the product you want in that location
•Select update on the right


Adding an LS Administrator User

•Open the LS Administrator page and log in
•Under Login Settings, select add user
•Enter the username
•Enter the password
•Reenter the password
•Enter the associated email address
•If you want the user to have admin rights, click the two boxes at the bottom
•Click on continue


Adding a Mobile User (Picker)

•Open the LS Administrator page and log in
•Under LightSpeed Settings, select “Employees”
•Near the bottom of the dropdown, select “Add New”
•Enter the first name
•Enter the last name
•Enter the desired four digit passcode
•Select “Save”


Charging the Tablet After Picking

•After picking all of the orders off the tablet…
•Log out of the LightSPEED Mobile app.
•Plug the micro USB cable into the external battery case, located on the back of the tablet.
•Make sure the coiled charging cable is firmly plugged into the lightening jack in the bottom of the tablet.
•Hold the top button of the tablet until you see “Slide to power off”.
    • If you turn off the tablet before connecting power to the external battery to charge, the tablet will turn back on**
    • You will need to hold the power button down again to power off the tablet**
